amali kecergasan fizikal

well, since semester ni aku amek subjek kecergasan fizikal,
so..haruslah ada exam amaLi kan??
yesterday was the day. penat sangat ok?!
in the morning, kitorang sekelas kene wat 2.4 km.
2.4 km eQuals to 12 x round padang kat ipba. sangat pening!!
rasa cam xlarat giler, breathless jgn cakap.
that is because=xpenah nak exercise.. sape suruh, Gg o0i~
BUT.. at least i manage to finish 2.4km in=16min 33sec.
amacam?? tu pun cume 4 org*perempuan je tau yg boleh finish it up between 15-17 mins.
at least im one of them. those yg masa dia 15-17 mins gets 16 marks out of 40.
yg finish 17mins and above only gets 8marks je tau..

after that, ada amali tekan tubi which aku bleh wat 25kali sahaja.
aku terasa cam otot lengan aku terus jadik gagah,ok? gile stretch~
pastu, ada lari 10m. aku lari in 12.57 sec. dapat 2 markah je kot,hahaha.
lagi, ada bangkit tubi@sit ups.
we hv 2 do 5 variation of sit up. tp aku cume lepas buat 4jek. 4marks kot.
then ada lompat berdiri and duduk n jangkau.
lastly is komposisi tubuh badan @ body mass index a.k.a BMI.
ni yg paling aku lemah skali..hahahahhahaha
ive got 26 which makes im in overweight group.
if ur BMI 20-25 *if im not mistakenla, u'll have a normal BMI.
all in all, my marks for ujian amali semalam is 50/100.
semalam sangat penat.sbb, other than exam amali tu,
we still have classes in between smpai pkul 6.30ptg.
pukul 11 jek dah tidO~


huhu, so, the moral story is :: im overweight = AND i have to diet!!!!!!
